CHECK-IN, CHECK-OUT

At what time is check-in and check-out? Are other times possible?

Standard time is 3pm on the arrival day and 10am on the departure day. Entry code is programmed according to this so the code is valid only between these times. Potential changes are possible after previous agreement and subject to a charge.

Can I leave my luggage in the apartments before/after my stay?

Apartments do not offer luggage storage service. It is possible only after agreement based on availability, we cannot guarantee it.

Can I make check-in or payment on the front desk after my arrival?

No, apartments do not have front desk, they are self-service.

Where can I collect my keys? You do not need any keys, only entry code that you get from My Alfred application. When entering garage, front door or your apartment, find the code reader next to the door and enter the code, then confirm with #.

How do I check-out? Do I need to do anything?

Let us know you are leaving and that the cleaning lady can prepare the apartment for other guests – press “check-out” in My Alfred app after your departure. Then only close the door on your way out.

PAYMENT

I entered my credit card number to Booking.com, why do I have to pay again with My Alfred app?

Booking requires you to put credit card number only for guarantee purposes, they do not collect the payment. You can easily confirm that with checking your bank account.

I do not know if the payment was successful/I cannot pay.

Check if you have enough funds on your account or if your bank allows you to make online payments. You can check if the payment was successful after logging into the My Alfred app – if the button “Payment” is green, the payment is OK.

Can I pay with invoice?

Yes, but only after previous agreement and the payment has to be on our account before your arrival.

I travel for business purposes; I need to correct invoice data.

During the payment you can fill in invoice data. If you need further changes, do not hesitate to contact us.

I did not get my invoice.

The invoice is automatically sent to you after the payment to your e-mail. If you did not get it, try check your junk mail, or contact us.

MY ALFRED APP

Do I have to download the app?

No, the app is available in every internet browser in your phone, tablet or computer. You can find it here: https://app.myalfred.cz

Where do I find the code for log-into My Alfred app?

In reservation confirmation.

Application has some error; browser cannot be loaded.

Try exit the browser and open it again or try another browser/device.

I cannot see the room number nor entrance code.

You probably did not finish all required steps needed to get it. All buttons has to be green – check-in and payment.

WI-FI

Is there a WIFI connection and what is the password?

Yes, whole hotel is connected to free WIFI for our guests. Find the password in your e-mail on arrival day or on the leaflet in your room.

APARTMENTS – equipment, cleaning

What equipment and services do you offer?

All equipment and services are specified on our website in section “Apartments” and “Services”

How often will you clean my room?

Every work day the maid refills the amenities in your room. During long term stays there is a bigger cleaning and change of sheets once a week. This is also available upon your request. Do not hesitate to use the hanging sign “Please make up my room”.

PARKING

Is parking for free and can I book it in advance?

Parking is free of charge but cannot be booked in advance.

What if all of the parking spots are taken?

Then please use parking spots in nearby streets, during week days after 6pm and during weekends it is for free. Please do not use private spots that are owned by other residents of the building. We do not take responsibility for potential complications when doing otherwise.

How do I reach your parking spots?

See the information in section “Parking”, including a brief map (also in “Gallery” section).

MEALS

Do you serve breakfasts?

No, apartments do not offer any meals, but are fully equipped with everything that you may need for preparing adequate course. Every apartment offers a tee/coffee set. In the building we recommend Bistro Cajk that offers meals during whole day.
