Online check-in, check-out, payment

There is NO reception, the apartments are based on self-service concept. Payment and check-in are made online before your arrival.

In reservation confirmation you will find PIN for application My Alfred where you arrange your whole reservation. Application can be open in any browser here: https://app.myalfred.cz. There you make online check-in and payment, if you made reservation via other reservation portals. After you finish all mentioned above, you will see the number of your apartment and entry code. That is valid from 3pm on the arrival day until 10am on the departure day and can be inserted in all entrances including the garage.

During the departure please make also online check-out in the app.

Additional costs:

Early check-in/Late check-out - 500 CZK (depends on availability)

Accommodation with dogs is possible upon agreement - fee 500 CZK and the dog cannot disturb other guests and cause any damage to the property. In case that happens, occured costs must be paid.

Children up to 6 years free of charge.
